- Beep, pause, beep, pause, 2 sequential beeps= problem on: linked to CPU
- 3 beeps, pause, 3 beeps, pause, 4 beeps=problem on: video memory
- 1 long beep, 9 short=problem on: ROM (BIOS award)
- 3 beeps, pause,4 beeps, pause, beep=problem on:graphics card
- 4 beeps,pause,3beeps,pause,beep=problem on: system memory
- 5 short beeps=problem on:CPU
- long constant beeps=problem on:system memory

Travelshooting
I entitled this post as "travelshooting" for it sounds like troubleshooting which will be the topic of this post. When your PC (personal computer) encounters a problem. You have to troubleshoot it. In troubleshooting,first you have to power check. Be sure that all power cords are correctly,firmly and solidly (not liquidly) connected. Don't try to fix it yourself. So the next one is the Power On Self Test (POST) Beep.
